Staying at Capri Tiberio Palace

Two in a row?! I think I just raised the bar on the lodging component of our future travels! My search initially led me to the Anacapri vs. Capri debate. Since it was our first time in Capri there were some things I wanted to do and venturing up and down from Anacapri just seemed to waste valuable time, so Capri just made more sense given our plans.

My search in Capri quickly led me to Capri Tiberio Palace due to its proximity to the heart of Capri. It’s just steps away from the bustling scene of the popular city yet far enough to be peaceful and serene. I planned this voyage as a getaway for my bride, who had been working very long hours as well as for my birthday. It was the perfect excuse to uncharacteristically go a bit overboard. This ticked that box!

How to Get Here

If you are in the Amalfi Coast area, this is the fun part! It’s literally just a quick ferry boat away from the docks in Capri! We took the Positano Jet boat and it only took thirty minutes to arrive. You immediately arrive to a different environment and vibe. Grab one of the Capri Taxis and head up to the center of Capri. These taxis are unique to Capri and feature a chopped top so it’s open air and fun!
